About David Loveday

David Loveday, an accomplished political strategist who served nearly 15 years as the Water Quality Association's chief governmental advocate, passed away in 2021.  One of David’s many passions was education – there could be no better way to honor this Warrior for Water than with a scholarship program that encourages further research and education in the areas of drinking water quality.
