Advancing the Science of High Quality, Sustainable Water

About the Project
The Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF) undertook this collaborative effort with the University of Arizona in support of its mission to advance knowledge and the science of high quality, sustainable water. The intent of this project is to communicate and provide educational resources to increase the public’s: 1) recognition of risks from contaminated drinking water, 2) understanding of in-home water treatment and its benefits, and 3) awareness of the industry and its experts that can provide advice and solutions for high-quality water.

About: Dr. Reynolds is a Professor & Chair of the Community, Environment, and Policy Department and Director of the Environment, Exposure Science and Risk Assessment Center (ESRAC) at the University of Arizona’s College of Public Health. She has over 30 years of experience collaborating with industry and public stakeholders and researching topics in environmental microbiology, including pathogen monitoring and POU intervention assessment.
