CONSUMER OPINION "DEEP DIVE" STUDY
|
The objectives of this study were to gather information that would help focus the scope of future WQRF research and to educate the public on point-of-use and point-of-entry technologies. Report |
The Consumer Opinion Deep Dive examines public knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions around point-of-use (POU) and point-of-entry (POE) water treatment technologies. Based on extensive surveys and focus groups, this research identifies gaps in consumer awareness, preferences, and trust factors that influence the adoption of water treatment. It provides essential insights for water industry stakeholders, utility providers, and regulators to design effective outreach strategies and product development. By uncovering user behavior and communication needs, the study advances consumer-centric water quality solutions and guides future WQRF research directions.
